Angels aren't scary, they're beautiful. I did a drawing in a notebook of a flower with butterfly wings, and then decided to make a painting of it. Unfortunately I didn't have the drawing so I had to kind of make up the painting, and the wings came out upside-down, and it looked like an angel. And then I guess I gave it a halo. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I don't know, I just paint. I like the look of this thing I made up, so it will show up again.

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
